This is the best insurance group I’ve ever dealt with. They were the only ones who were able to get me insurance on my car and bike in Canada (Very bad record), very friendly staff, and actually try to help and find you the best possible rates out there. This year Mission Services of Hamilton switched its commercial insurance to Dan Lawrie Insurance Brokers. I just wanted to reach out to you to recognise the work that Katherine Groom has put in to provide us with the best service. For the last year, I never was left without any service from her side either it is late evening or weekend. From time to time she has also done stuff for us after hours so that I am not left with no choice after 5 pm.
It has been a pleasure to work her. In other words, I would say that we have renewed our policy with her as well just because of her service. Yes insurance price does matter but at the same time, service plays an equal role in our business as well. I just wanted to leave a positive feedback regarding the service received from you broker Fil Giannini. The process was fast and easy, the deal was good, and paper work that was needed by my lawyer was taken care of by Fil without problems.

I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating my personal home and auto insurance with Dan Lawrie now for the past year.
